Cozumel Fire Engines

Each of these fire engines were procured in Colorado through private funds or purchased with funds donated to a non-profit entity (IESF 2000 – 2010 and TMW&F (501C3)2016 – Current).

Homero – 1974 LaFrance Pioneer – procured from Ft. Lupton Fire in 1998 for $3000 from Bill & Jane Salmon. This engine was shipped through Hybor Freight, Port Everglades FL. to Puerto Morales, then to Cozumel. The first 17 MSA 401 airpacks were stored on this engine, as was donated hose and turnout clothing.
